Every beer we make is an experience, and each one unique. They never
fail to refresh the body and the spirit.
We love beer – EVERYTHING about beer. We love to brew it… admire it… smell it and, of course, taste it. We hope you do, too.
We realize that different types suit different people. Our beers represent the styles we love, and are created using traditional brewing processes. Ghostface Brewing features up to 20 unique and tasty beers and meads at any time. We rotate our beers on a regular basis, but will always have a core selection available daily. We always try to have something malty, hoppy, dark and light on tap at all times – so that whatever your preferred style, we have something for you to enjoy.
We also offer gluten-reduced beers for our Celiac and gluten-sensitive friends. Many of our beers are brewed with a special enzyme that removes almost all traces of gluten from the beer and routinely tests below 10PPM (considered safe for Celiacs by the FDA and most good doctors). We had to do it. You see, our owner Suzy has a gluten sensitivity and another one of our investors not only has Celiac but also routinely diagnoses gluten sensitivity in his patients at his Functional Medicine clinic in Cornelius.
Don’t let the concept of gluten-reduced beers scare you however. Our beers are real beers… made mostly with barley, hops, water and yeast.
We know that there’s a wide world of beer out there and we’re always interested in trying something new…
So check out our beer list below and let us know if there is something you’d like us to brew.
Cascade Pale Ale
Tempted Angel is our rendition of the classic Belgian Dubbel in which we add complexity to the brew by adding wildflower honey and enough bitterness for balance. Dark fruit and spicy aromatics from Belgian Abbey yeast meld nicely with caramel and toffee flavors from Munich and Chocolate Malts.
An irish-Style Red ale, “Rich in Tradition” with incredibly smooth malt body complimented by caramel and biscuit tones. Perfectly balanced and full flavored, deep ruby color, sessionable character and a dry crisp finish.
Dark, delicious and full bodied, reminiscent of a sweetened espresso. “A Knight to Remember,” will surely leave your taste buds with something to remember. Aromas of roasted coffee, vanilla cream, and brown sugar. A cascading delight of mocha flavors and milk chocolate.
Named after the Cinemax Show filmed here in Mooresville, “Banshee” is as edgy of an IPA as the hit show. Strong grapefruit and subdued orange are exhibited in the nose but caramel scents are still present. The flavor is hop-forward but a nice grain profile balances out the beer and is not completely overpowered.
